Project Blowed Celebrates 26 Years of Underground Rap Lifestyle
Las Vegas, NV (January 13, 2021) Project Blowed 26 is a compilation of performances by members of the underground hip hop group in a documentary form. This is a tribute to the 26 years of independent rap and the culture that was created in Los Angeles, California at a small health food center called The Good Life Cafe. The Good Life became the hub and the mecca for artists in hip hop to come and hone their craft in 1989. The lifestyle was created by the MCs, poets, musicians, DJ's, dancers and graffiti artists that frequented the open mic gathering to build their own unique vibe in the Hip Hop culture. These artists are brothers and sisters of the community and have a positive impact, not only in the neighborhoods they lived and grew up in, but has now expanded to a global footprint.
