Alycia Cooper Debuts Two Short Films in Director's Showcase

Las Vegas, NV (January 12, 2021)  FleaLeeTV is turning short films into full-feature presentations with the Director's Showcase available on their video-on-demand platform.  Alycia Cooper was attracted to the network to release two completed projects for distribution.  Alycia shines in front of the camera as an Actor and Comedian and is equally competent behind the camera as a Writer, Director, and Producer.  She showcases her talents with two short films, Fat Stripper and Just Us.  

The Director's Showcase highlights the short films with Director's comments to share the back story of each film.  Alycia does not hesitate to entertain us with a well-written romantic comedy that she wrote, produced, directed, and starred in as the lead character.  Fat Stripper takes place in current COVID times when Alycia Moore aka Sweet Cheeks is affected by the pandemic and struggles to make ends meet.   She decides to hit her former boss up for a job after 20 years, but times have changed and so has she.  She takes to the pole in this hilarious comeback.

Alycia shares a more serious story with Just Us which is a 12-minute drama and supernatural thriller.  The setting takes place in the office of a prominent judge who battles with memories of his past and deep rooted guilt for his part in a murder.  He is haunted by the ghost of a young Black man who is seeking justice for the lynching that took place in 1969.  Both films have won awards at film festivals around the country and is now available to the public on FleaLeeTV.  

Alycia's television career included working on Magic Johnson's Late Night Talk Show, The Magic Hour and The Parkers.  Cooper's accomplishments include five-stand up comedy albums which can be found on Pandora and Sirius Satellite's Laugh USA.  She has performed stand up comedy in over 20 countries and was recognized by Essence magazine in 2004 as "One to Watch."  She became a member of the Director's Guild of America as a result of her role as Segment Director on the The Dr. Phil Show.  Alycia desires to direct and star in her own feature film, with sights set on making Fat Stripper into a star-studded full feature movie.

Project Blowed Celebrates 26 Years of Underground Rap Lifestyle

Las Vegas, NV (January 13, 2021)  Project Blowed 26 is a compilation of performances by members of the underground hip hop group in a documentary form.  This is a tribute to the 26 years of independent rap and the culture that was created in Los Angeles, California at a small health food center called The Good Life Cafe.  The Good Life became the hub and the mecca for artists in hip hop to come and hone their craft in 1989.  The lifestyle was created by the MCs, poets, musicians, DJ's, dancers and graffiti artists that frequented the open mic gathering to build their own unique vibe in the Hip Hop culture.   These artists are brothers and sisters of the community and have a positive impact, not only in the neighborhoods they lived and grew up in, but has now expanded to a global footprint.   Abstract Rude and Aceyalone are two leaders of Project Blowed that have been instrumental in the life and breath of the underground movement.   COVID put a halt to their original plan to celebr
