Project Blowed Celebrates 26 Years of Underground Rap Lifestyle

Las Vegas, NV (January 13, 2021)  Project Blowed 26 is a compilation of performances by members of the underground hip hop group in a documentary form.  This is a tribute to the 26 years of independent rap and the culture that was created in Los Angeles, California at a small health food center called The Good Life Cafe.  The Good Life became the hub and the mecca for artists in hip hop to come and hone their craft in 1989.  The lifestyle was created by the MCs, poets, musicians, DJ's, dancers and graffiti artists that frequented the open mic gathering to build their own unique vibe in the Hip Hop culture.  These artists are brothers and sisters of the community and have a positive impact, not only in the neighborhoods they lived and grew up in, but has now expanded to a global footprint.  

Abstract Rude and Aceyalone are two leaders of Project Blowed that have been instrumental in the life and breath of the underground movement.  COVID put a halt to their original plan to celebrate their anniversary with a live concert; instead, they bring to you Project Blowed 26 which commemorates it's roots and the amazing talent of the project's crew, painting a vivid picture of the solidarity that Hip Hop brings and will bring for generations to come.  

Project Blowed is a feature film of 2 hours which released on FleaLeeTV on December 27, 2020.  The classic video footage in this movie takes you back to the grassroots and brings you to current day.  The production team had so much footage that they quickly followed with Project Blowed The After Party with bonus performances not seen in the documentary.
